This is a list of islands administered by the Republic of China (the islands claimed but not administered by the ROC are not included on this list). All of these islands are claimed by the People\'s Republic of China.

Under the jurisdiction of Taiwan Province

• Taiwan Island (台灣島; Taipei Municipality and Kaohsiung Municipality, also located on Taiwan Island, are not part of Taiwan Province)
  • Lalu (拉魯島) in the Sun Moon Lake on Taiwan Island

  • The Three Northern Islands (北方三島)

Under the jurisdiction of Kaohsiung Municipality

• Cijin (旗津島; formerly a longshore bar connected to the island of Taiwan)
• South China Sea Islands (南海諸島)
  • Pratas Islands (Dong-Sha; 東沙群島)
  • Spratly Islands (南沙群島; disputed with several Southeast Asian countries)
    • Taiping (太平島; disputed with several Southeast Asian countries)
      • Chung-Chou (中洲礁; disputed with several Southeast Asian countries)

The South China Sea islands were part of Guangdong Province, and later the Hainan Special Administrative Region, before the relocation of the ROC government to Taipei in 1949. The ROC claims all the South China Sea Islands, but only administers Pratas and Taiping.
